Shonixe Motorbike Leather Jacket Specifications and Construction Details:
••• Motorcycle rider jacket is manufactured with high quality selected leather, which is specially made for motorcycle jacket.
• Internally shoulder and elbow CE approved protection are applied.
• Foam padding is applied to the elbow to reduce the impact of the crash.
• The sleeves are pre-curved for best riding position.
• Critical places of jacket are dual and triple stitched for jacket durability.
• YKK zipper is applied to securely close the jacket.
• Dual density armors (removable) are used to protect the shoulders and elbows.
• A dual density spine protector (removable) is used for protect the back.
• For the Safety of neck and backbone added the Aerodynamic extended speed hump. (as per design)(optional)

Shonixe Motorbike Leather Jacket Outer Shell:
••• Motorcycle Race Jacket is manufactured from high quality top grain cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2mm to 1.3mm.
• Stretch Kevlar is applied to specific places of the sleeves and cuffs to make the jacket comfortable and flexible.
• For external protection CE Approved Protectors are placed on shoulder and elbow.
• The jacket has front and cuffs YKK zips for easy wearing and closing.
• Velcro straps are placed on the neck and cuffs to keep the jacket zips tightly closed.
• Soft neoprene is added in collar and cuffs construction according to the design of the jacket.
• The suit is stitched with high quality nylon thread to strengthen it.

••• Polyester mesh lining is applied inside the motorcycle jacket.
• Inside the jacket, dual density removable armor CE approved is fitted on the shoulder and elbow.
• Inside the jacket, dual density spine protector (removable) is used for protect the back.
• Inside the jacket, for the safety of neck and backbone added the Aerodynamic extended speed hump. (as per design)(Optional)
• Inside the Jacket, a pocket of mesh is also attached to the left side.
